A: Two week, unless stated as PRE-ORDER.

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website.

A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. Please ensure you check product details and sizing before placing an order.

A: Yes, our abayas follow standard sizing. However, we recommend checking the size chart before placing an order.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside of the US and UK may be subject to customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
